What you will do

• Define testing strategies and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Design and manage testing environments for complex system applications.
• Execute functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
• Analyze system design for testability and track defects throughout the SDLC.
• Interpret test results and report on status, quality trends, and issues.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and service desk teams to ensure project quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project experience in a similar testing role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Required certification: ISTQB Advanced or equivalent, or 3 years of additional test management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans, SQL, and SharePoint-based application testing.
• Expertise in unit, integration, functional, performance, and acceptance testing.
