What you will do
- Design and own end-to-end test automation strategies for complex desktop, web, and backend systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable automated test frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enhance quality gates.
- Perform comprehensive functional, integration, system, UI, stress, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to improve product quality and support defect resolution.
- Evaluate and implement modern automation tools and AI-assisted testing capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering.
- Strong expertise across multiple testing layers including unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing.
- Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Practical experience with modern frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Ranorex.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Must be based in or eligible to work from Uzbekistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Ukraine.
Nice to have
- C# software development background.
- Penetration testing experience.
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools.
- Experience in healthcare or medical technology.
- German language skills.
