Performance QA Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid/Remote in Warsaw, Poland (Must be based in Poland)

What you will do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing for major product components from analysis to execution.
• Build and maintain realistic enterprise-grade test environments including large infrastructures and complex topologies.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and system limits, collaborating with developers and product managers to resolve them.
• Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues reported by Technical Support and customers.
• Own and evolve performance test labs, including environment creation, configuration, and monitoring.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in performance and/or load testing.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and/or Linux at a system administration level.
• Solid understanding of system internals: CPU, memory, storage, and networking.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify performance risks.
• English proficiency for daily communication within international teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw R&D office.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL profiling and performance analysis.
• Scripting, test automation, or Python experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Understanding of virtualization platforms and large virtual environments.
