What you will do

• Manage and test customer-reported bugs and feature requests according to SLAs and change management protocols.
• Drive end-to-end testing for new features and bug fixes delivered by the team.
• Verify integrations between various microservices, systems, and applications.
• Analyze product requirements at different stages of product development.
• Continuously create and maintain test artifacts and instructions for the support team.
• Collaborate with customers in meetings to report status and suggest platform improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Proficiency in mobile application testing for both Android and iOS.
• Experience with client-server architecture and API testing.
• Ability to query databases and use proxy debugging tools.
• Experience with GIT and monitoring tools such as Grafana, NewRelic, or DataDog.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
