What you will do

• Create, manage, and facilitate inspiring events and social activations at the Prague campus.
• Manage the local budget for Vibe programs, events, facilities, and maintenance.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the central team and local stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Regularly assess workplace readiness and operational standards to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
• Collaborate with the Global Vibe Team to curate engaging hybrid and remote-friendly events.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and celebrate team milestones.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to set priorities, plan, and organize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Hospitality and customer service mindset with a genuine desire to host and build relationships.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and advocating for operational expertise.
• Must be based in Prague and available to work on-site 4 days per week.
