What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture of AI agent platforms using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop AI agents and integrate LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI.
• Build and optimize CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Establish AI observability for tracing, monitoring performance, costs, and anomalies.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews, discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability through best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with AI/ML focus
• Expert Python, including async and design patterns
• Experience building AI agents/multi-agent systems with LangChain/LangGraph
• LLM integration: prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, vector search
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for AI workloads deployment/scaling
• ML foundation: training, evaluation, inference pipelines
• CI/CD, containerization/orchestration, IaC, AI observability
• APIs (FastAPI/Flask), SQL/NoSQL databases
• Technical leadership: discussions, code reviews, mentoring
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
