What you will do

• Develop and maintain annual studio plans in collaboration with the Studio Operations Manager.
• Track departmental spend and ensure accurate financial reporting linked to monthly cost reports.
• Process orders and invoices promptly, ensuring correct coding and financial accuracy.
• Review studio margin sheets to verify alignment with central reporting.
• Manage the end-to-end commissioning and freelancing process, including approvals.
• Identify and implement recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Nottingham 4 days per week.
• Proven experience in managing and tracking operational plans.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills for sharing information with department managers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
