Senior Technical Producer (AAA Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite in Royal Leamington Spa, UK

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering Leads to plan, schedule, and deliver technical roadmaps and milestones.
• Drive execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and milestone forecasting.
• Track engineering deliverables, identify risks early, and drive mitigation plans.
• Improve development processes, production workflows, and Agile practices across the Engineering department.
• Coordinate technical dependencies and provide progress reporting to Engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Technical Producer or Technical Project Manager within AAA game development.
• Experience shipping one or more AAA console or PC titles through a full development cycle.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and game development workflows.
• Experience supporting Engineering teams developing in Unreal Engine 5 (or UE4 with UE5 experience).
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with highly technical stakeholders.
