What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for mobile-centric features, owning the feature pipeline and release cadence.
• Collaborate with product owners to define strategy, prioritize backlogs, and ensure team alignment.
• Maintain roadmap visibility through dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks across the roadmap, negotiating impacts and escalating issues when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and clear team documentation.
• Enable cross-functional teams by removing blockers and maintaining an effective delivery environment.

Requirements

• Must have permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Demonstrated production experience in shipping games or technical products.
• Proven experience delivering products on mobile platforms with an understanding of mobile-first constraints.
• Strong grasp of delivery methodologies such as Agile or Lean.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and drive delivery through influence.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex delivery realities to all business levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with live service games.
• Familiarity with MMO or RPG game development.
