What you will do

• Design and execute test plans based on game design documents and in-game prototyping.
• Perform smoke tests, sanity checks, and full system regression testing across Android, iOS, and web.
• Identify, document, and report defects using Jira, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Deliver structured feedback on usability, compatibility, and accessibility to optimize the player experience.
• Apply black-box testing and developer tools to monitor and improve app performance.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude to drive innovation within the QA production pipeline.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software or games QA.
• Solid understanding of the bug life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Fluency in English for communicating complex technical issues.
• Valid work permit in hand for Malta or Germany.
• Ability to utilize AI tools and methodologies to increase process efficiency.
