Principal AI Solution Architect

Location: Hybrid in Cairo, Ruse, or Sofia

What you will do

• Define and maintain technical architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and shared components.
• Review and approve solution architectures before development and lead design reviews with architects, technical leads, pod leads, and data engineers.
• Drive architecture decisions for AI, automation, low-code, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Embed security, data governance, and Responsible AI principles into solution design and delivery.
• Support production readiness, release activities, and transition to operational support.
• Develop reusable architectural assets and evolve engineering standards across delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures for AI, automation, low-code, or intelligent digital solutions.
• Strong integration architecture expertise, including API design, orchestration, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks, such as the EU AI Act or Microsoft Responsible AI Standard.
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple workstreams or delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud-native solutions, scalability, security, and enterprise integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent 365, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
