Digital Presales Solution Architect with Italian, German or Spanish

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Support sales teams with opportunity solution pricing and end-to-end pricing solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and pursuit teams across countries and geographies to understand customer requirements.
• Develop pricing quotes and Statements of Work for deals in pursuit.
• Contribute to technical solution design and create specific deliverables.
• Review incoming deals against Solutions Center acceptance guidelines.
• Identify technology solutions that meet customer business objectives and support HPE portfolio delivery.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Fluent Italian, German, or Spanish as a second language when required for the role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn technology concepts quickly, work independently, and achieve defined objectives.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate or advanced Excel, data manipulation, proposal writing, and presentation development.
