What you will do

• Lead field strategy for identity product launches, including demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
• Validate product messaging through live customer interactions to distinguish between product, positioning, or adoption challenges.
• Analyze customer feedback patterns to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to product and GTM teams.
• Develop launch playbooks and enablement materials to support scalable product adoption.
• Provide expert guidance during complex customer situations involving security leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Establish structured reporting processes to influence roadmap decisions and improve market readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Field Product Management within cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of identity security concepts including authentication, access management, and identity-based threats.
• Proven ability to create processes and playbooks from scratch for early-stage products or initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical discussions into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and sales engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for synthesizing qualitative customer feedback.
• Experience with account takeover prevention or identity abuse security challenges.
