AI Process Engineer (Engineering Excellence)

What you will do

• Drive the automation roadmap in partnership with the Head of Engineering Excellence.
• Map existing organizational processes by collaborating directly with process owners.
• Build AI-augmented versions of processes using modern LLMs, prompts, RAG, and agents.
• Validate, ship, and operate automated tools until they become routine workflows.
• Measure the impact of every automation against pre-automation baselines.
• Integrate data across various platforms including Azure DevOps and Microsoft Graph.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping software with strong engineering judgment.
• Proficiency in building with modern LLMs, including prompts, tool use, RAG, and agents.
• Knowledge of data analysis paradigms, including dataset exploration and metric selection.
• Experience working within an engineering organization familiar with epics, code reviews, and compliance.
• English proficiency required for a global organization.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Ballerup.
