What you will do

• Own the intake of AI agents and automations into the managed enterprise infrastructure.
• Maintain the AI agent portfolio, ensuring cost control, reliability, and effective monitoring.
• Build and maintain MCP connectors to enable AI tool integration across the organization.
• Optimize AI-related IT infrastructure and services to ensure high performance and security.
• Develop operational processes for the Enterprise AI area and support the transition to the Operations Center.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior IT operations specialists.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Policies.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar AI orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or API integration patterns.
• Solid grasp of IT operations fundamentals (monitoring, incident management, cost control).
• Experience with AI agent lifecycle management from onboarding to decommissioning.
• Application must be submitted in English.
