Salary: 14 200 - 22 200 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of complex test strategies for gameplay systems and features.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to identify quality risks early in the development process.
• Analyze defect KPIs to improve test coverage and effectiveness across product systems.
• Mentor and support junior QA team members to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a bridge between QA and development teams to ensure quality goals are met.
• Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level is mandatory.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
• Proven experience in creating and executing test plans for complex gameplay systems.
• Strong understanding of game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting for QA processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in testing multiplayer game elements.
