What you will do

• Perform manual testing of complex web applications across multiple devices and environments.
• Create, review, and maintain test documentation in TestRail.
• Identify usability issues and proactively suggest UI/UX improvements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and developers to clarify requirements.
• Report, verify, and re-test defects following QA best practices.
• Research new QA tools and testing approaches to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer working on web applications.
• Russian: Native or near-native proficiency required.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher required.
• Experience with task and defect management systems like Jira or GitLab.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, HTTP fundamentals, and client-server architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice to have

• Previous experience establishing or improving QA processes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
