What you will do

• Lead in-depth technical conversations and product demonstrations for customers.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, recommending best practices for FP&A processes.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive platform utilization and value realization.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Act as a bridge between CSM, Product, and Sales teams to communicate product updates.
• Provide internal training and support to CSMs regarding new product features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B experience in implementation or customer success, ideally within financial software.
• Alternatively, 2+ years of FP&A experience with a desire to transition into a customer-facing role.
• Strong technical understanding of FP&A software and workflows.
• Proven ability to drive software adoption with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
