What you will do

• Lead the operation of Plant Floor System (PFS) applications at a large engine manufacturing facility.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PFS applications to provide production support and develop new solutions.
• Manage the escalation and resolution of critical incidents in collaboration with global IT and suppliers.
• Support the implementation of infrastructure and application projects.
• Perform system administration, including planned upgrades, patches, and security checks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery and production environment support.
• Proficiency in systems administration, including upgrades and patching.
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads and multitask in high-pressure environments.
• Degree in IT or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work on-site in Dagenham, Essex, 5 days a week.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends if required.
