What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Game Server team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Own the delivery process from planning to production, working closely with Game Producers to manage priorities.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in engineering processes to increase delivery speed and predictability.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural input for Game Server development to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Platform teams to improve end-to-end development efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing backend systems using Java.
- Experience in casino slot game development, including knowledge of the lifecycle and regulatory considerations.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and backend development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
