What you will do

• Develop core engine components for production AI assistants.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using RAG and LLM orchestration.
• Build and maintain production-grade Python services and REST APIs.
• Evaluate and optimize output quality for RAG systems.
• Collaborate within a team using GitHub workflows, code reviews, and automated testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production Python services.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, including chunking, retrieval, and grounding.
• Proficiency with vector databases and embedding search.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Strong background in unit and integration testing with pytest.
• Must be located in or able to work from Skopje, Ohrid, or Bitola.

Nice to have

• Experience with LlamaIndex or LangChain.
• Knowledge of FastAPI, Pydantic, and WebSocket streaming.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, and Docker.
• Experience with LLM observability tools like Langfuse or LangSmith.
• Multilingual proficiency in Dutch.
