What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce platform features and enhancements.
• Document, test, and deploy Salesforce changes using DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to enhance hirify.global’s Salesforce landscape.
• Identify, reduce, and prevent technical debt across the Salesforce environment.
• Support incident response and root-cause analysis with long-term fixes, including collaboration with an external AMS team.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale CRM implementations.
• Experience across multiple Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, Field Service, Experience Cloud) and third-party AppExchange solutions.
• Strong Salesforce development skills: Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Triggers, Visualforce, security/data model, approvals, and reporting/dashboard capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk) plus JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
