What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects across UX, backend, infrastructure, and ML to ensure delivery on track.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and communicate progress to hospital and clinical-IT stakeholders.
• Develop and mature repeatable operational delivery processes, including intake, quality gates, and SLAs.
• Analyze product and delivery metrics to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
• Translate complex technical inputs from various engineering disciplines into coherent project plans.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technical project/program management or delivery management.
• Strong technical fluency across backend, infrastructure, data engineering, and applied science.
• Ability to manage large-scale interconnected workstreams and various stakeholders.
• Experience using delivery metrics and dashboards to drive decision-making.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or on-premise/hybrid deployments.
• Experience with multi-modal LLM training, agentic systems, or data pipelines.
• Background delivering in regulated healthcare environments (GDPR, AI Act, MDR/IVDR).
• Hands-on experience with PostHog, Amplitude, Grafana, or GitHub Projects.
