TL;DR
Non-Financial Risk Specialist - Senior - OpRes/TIPM (Third-Party Risk and Operational Resilience): Managing third-party and intragroup risk data, outsourcing controls, and business continuity for critical services with an accent on regulatory compliance, data quality, and dependency mapping. Focus on connecting contracts, services, obligations, and resilience requirements, identifying anomalies and single points of failure, and translating frameworks into practical guidance, dashboards, and monitoring.

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; flexible working hours and work from home are available.

Gross wage: €3,443 per month minimum; final financial conditions are negotiable based on experience and profile.

What you will do

  • Improve data quality in systems and registers used to manage outsourcing, third-party arrangements, and supporting evidence.
  • Map relationships between contracts, services, parties, and obligations while identifying gaps, inconsistencies, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Help business and contract owners apply outsourcing and third-party risk requirements in a practical way.
  • Co-develop templates, dashboards, guidance, and other practical tools that support compliant sourcing management.
  • Assess how Critical Business Services are delivered, including dependencies, third parties, and single points of failure.
  • Support measurable operational resilience, business continuity, recovery expectations, monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Risk, Finance, Economics, Information Management, Law, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management and operational resilience, or in a sourcing environment with knowledge of EBA outsourcing guidelines.
  • Professional English proficiency at CEFR C1 level, including the ability to draft professional documentation, policies, and guidance and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work confidently in a regulated, audit-sensitive environment.
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and structured data sources.
  • Analytical, proactive, structured, and practical approach to risk, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Operational resilience or business continuity experience in the financial sector.
  • Experience with intragroup or third-party sourcing management.
