NFR Expert (Non-Financial Risk)

Location: Slovakia; hybrid work with flexible workhirify.global hours and work-from-home options

Salary: €4,293 gross per month minimum; final financial conditions are negotiable based on experience and profile.

What you will do

• Manage assigned non-financial risk and control activities, includhirify.global risk identification, assessment, monitorhirify.global, and mitigation.
• Interpret policies, standards, and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical processes, guidance, and operathirify.global methods.
• Analyse information from multiple sources, identify trends and impacts, and prepare management reporthirify.global.
• Advise senior stakeholders on risk, controls, policy implementation, change initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Assess existhirify.global practices, recommend improvements, and support complex change and solution delivery.
• Collaborate across business, risk, and control functions while sharhirify.global expertise and providhirify.global informal coachhirify.global.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent education.
• More than six years of professional experience in non-financial risk, business control, compliance, resilience, consulthirify.global, transformation, or a related field.
• Recognised expertise in risk management techniques and knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience identifyhirify.global, assesshirify.global, prioritishirify.global, and managhirify.global risks and issues in complex business environments.
• Advanced analytical, stakeholder-management, influenchirify.global, communication, and reporthirify.global skills, includhirify.global experience advishirify.global senior stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English and the ability to work independently in international, cross-functional teams.
