Location: Slovakia; flexible workhirify.global hours and work from home are available

Salary: €3,443 gross per month minimum; final financial conditions are negotiable based on experience and profile.

What you will do

  • Own assigned non-financial risk and control activities, includhirify.global risk identification, assessment, monitorhirify.global, and mitigation.
  • Interpret policies, standards, and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical processes, guidance, and ways of workhirify.global.
  • Research and analyse information, identify trends, and prepare clear insights and reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide specialist advice and support the resolution of complex policy, procedure, risk, and control issues.
  • Review practices, recommend improvements, support change initiatives, and contribute to quality, consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business, risk, and control stakeholders and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in non-financial risk, business control, compliance, resilience, consulthirify.global, transformation, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of risk management techniques, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, verbal communication, reporthirify.global, and practical recommendation skills.
  • Ability to work independently within established frameworks and collaborate in international, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent command of English.
