What you will do

• Lead product discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Design and deliver accessible, user-centered interfaces for web applications.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using a modern TypeScript stack.
• Analyze legacy systems to recover business rules and lead application rebuild projects.
• Manage product backlogs and coordinate development priorities with stakeholders.
• Improve operational procedures and maintain team knowledge infrastructure to ensure service reliability.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Fluency in English or French, with a commitment to reaching a good working level in the other.
• Experience leading product discovery and authoring functional specifications.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/RGAA) and prototyping tools like Figma.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PHP and Symfony.
• Experience with automated testing (Vitest, Jest, Playwright).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments.
