What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical analysis and design to implementation and production rollout.
• Contribute across the stack, including backend services, data models, and internal operational web tools.
• Shape software architecture and champion engineering best practices and new technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor team members to raise engineering quality.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and operational reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong hands-on work in TypeScript/Node.js and React.
• Proven experience building full-stack applications end-to-end, including backend services, APIs, and cloud-based web apps.
• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures and relational database (PostgreSQL) modeling and optimization.
• Experience building asynchronous systems and shipping through CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English required.
• Experience running production services with a focus on reliability and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages.
• Experience with React Native.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
