What you will do

• Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Merchandising, and Operations to identify operational gaps.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical solution recommendations and actionable business cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to define solution scope and deliver customer presentations.
• Partner with Customer Success teams during onboarding to help clients adopt new processes and ways of working.
• Monitor adoption rates and identify risks that may impact business outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback to internal Product and Leadership teams.

Requirements

• Professional experience in retail, specifically within merchandising, planning, or supply chain operations.
• Confidence and articulation when presenting to senior, executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to move fluidly between high-level solution design and hands-on execution.
• Fluent Spanish and good working proficiency in English.
• Experience working with enterprise retailers across LATAM.
• Individual contributor mindset, open to candidates with up to 15 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, Blue Yonder, RELEX, Manhattan, or Kinaxis.
• Background in the Fashion Retail or Apparel industry.
• Previous experience in Retail Technology Consulting or Software Implementation.
