What you will do

• Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and internal disciplines to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with contractual requirements, project specifications, and regional design considerations.
• Lead internal and external design review meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop technical specifications and assess technical proposals from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage technical escalations and coordinate resolution of engineering issues impacting project performance.
• Travel throughout the EMEA region to support project execution, customer meetings, and site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or project execution within the power, renewable energy, or battery storage sectors.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project execution.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, industry standards, and regulations within the EMEA region.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
