What you will do

• Implement and support DevOps tooling, containers, and containerization to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team (Dev, QA, IT Ops, Infosec) to apply DevOps best practices.
• Manage a mix of development, DevOps tasks, and support within the Application Support (APS) team.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar DevOps role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and proficiency in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins.
• Practical experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with Java and various ecosystem databases and architectures.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to attain UK Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with schema change management tools such as Liquibase.
• Understanding of GitOps principles.
• Willingness to travel.
