What you will do

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on banknote processing and material handling systems.
• Install equipment, cables, and conduits according to technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot automation systems to identify root causes and ensure proper incident closure.
• Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email.
• Document all service and installation actions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and customer operational staff to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Saudi National (due to Saudization).
• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• English proficiency: Acceptable verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally for 50% of working time.
• Based in Riyadh.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
