What you will do

• Architect and implement complex Android features using modern frameworks.
• Develop and evolve the in-house Server-Driven UI framework for dynamic feature delivery.
• Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and automated UI testing.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Champion mobile engineering best practices and high standards across the team.
• Analyze app performance and backend system integrations to optimize the seller journey.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK
• Strong experience with Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Proven ability to ship impactful, high-scale mobile applications.
• Experience building and delivering successful products from scratch.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bias for action and ability to take ownership of technical initiatives.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Server-Driven UI.
• Experience integrating ML/AI technology into mobile app journeys.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Full-stack development experience.
