What you will do
- Build and ship native Android features for 's AI Finance Agent using Kotlin.
- Create clear mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex user journeys.
- Integrate backend APIs and maintain stable, secure, and reliable mobile experiences.
- Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness, and memory usage.
- Use analytics, user behavior, and production issues to improve the product, including AI-assisted experiences where they benefit users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
- Strong Android fundamentals and experience shipping production applications.
- Knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
- Strong English communication is required, and candidates must already be based in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- App links, GitHub profile, screenshots, or examples of shipped work.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, SQL or NoSQL, and TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
