What you will do
- Manage and develop an existing permanent recruitment desk within the Rail Design market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients involved in major UK infrastructure programmes.
- Source and place professionals across disciplines including structural design, systems engineering, and rail consultancy.
- Operate with autonomy to shape the future growth and strategy of the desk.
- Collaborate with an established team to leverage shared knowledge and network.
Requirements
- Proven experience in permanent recruitment.
- Strong commercial drive and motivation to succeed.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a desk effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Winnersh, UK.
