• Manage and develop an existing permanent recruitment desk within the Rail Design market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients involved in major UK infrastructure programmes.
• Source and place professionals across disciplines including structural design, systems engineering, and rail consultancy.
• Operate with autonomy to shape the future growth and strategy of the desk.
• Collaborate with an established team to leverage shared knowledge and network.

• Proven experience in permanent recruitment.
