What you will do

• Execute day-to-day management and optimization of paid social acquisition channels.
• Launch and scale performance campaigns to drive Leads, FTDs, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Manage ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Telegram, and X platforms.
• Implement testing frameworks for creatives, funnels, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and ensure tracking accuracy using attribution models.
• Collaborate with creative, compliance, and product teams to design high-converting assets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience in the forex/CFD industry.
• Strong expertise in Meta advertising and experience with TikTok, Telegram, and X.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager and attribution setups.
• Total fluency in English is required.
• Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
