What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance creatives and overall campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital media buying with hands-on campaign management.
• Experience with major advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads).
• Ability to independently analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Strong interest in digital marketing trends and evolving advertising strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly competitive or policy-sensitive environments.
• Understanding of working under frequent platform changes and restrictions.
• Basic experience or strong interest in AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, generative tools, n8n, Zapier).
• Interest in automation-first workflows and emerging approaches such as “vibe coding”.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving, performance-driven environments.
