What you will do

• Lead the design and development of high-performance backend services within the hirify.global One ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end performance of platform components, focusing on massive data ingestion and low-latency processing.
• Drive architectural discussions and implement scalable, cloud-native best practices.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, SRE, QA, and Security teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex distributed system issues to ensure production reliability.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience in server-side development.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, or C#.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput data stores and messaging systems like Kafka, Elasticsearch, or Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry.
