What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely document collection in HR systems.
• Support lifecycle administration including probation reviews, contract renewals, and exit procedures.
• Ensure all personnel files and documentation are complete and compliant.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR administrative workflows.
• Assist with special HR projects and assignments as directed.

Requirements

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in HR administration or a related HR function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be familiar with China local government regulations related to HR.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high integrity.
