What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with HRIS and Payroll.
• Administer employee records, contracts, retirement processing, and work injury case management.
• Coordinate Hukou applications for local staff and work/residence permits for foreign employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
• Organize and execute employee engagement activities, holiday celebrations, and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or HR administration.
• Solid knowledge of China employment and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
