What you will do
- Manage compensation and benefits activities for manufacturing plants and blue-collar employee populations in China.
- Translate regional Total Rewards frameworks into practical local compensation structures and programs.
- Design and refine incentive and bonus programs linked to productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead annual compensation reviews, incentive payouts, workforce planning, and plant headcount budgeting.
- Analyze labor costs, overtime, headcount utilization, and incentive effectiveness to recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Plant Management, HR, Finance, and Regional C&B stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, including 2–3 years supporting manufacturing populations.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, incentive design, and China labor, social insurance, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Fluent English, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across complex organizational structures.
- High integrity, confidentiality, initiative, hands-on execution, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience working in multi-country environments.
- Experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
