What you will do
- Manage C&B strategies and operations for manufacturing plants across the China region.
- Design and optimize compensation structures and incentive programs specifically for blue-collar employees.
- Lead annual compensation reviews and incentive payout processes, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze labor costs, overtime, and headcount utilization to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure plant C&B practices comply with local labor, social insurance, and tax regulations.
- Lead the workforce planning and headcount budgeting process for plants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- At least 2–3 years of experience supporting manufacturing populations.
- Solid knowledge of China's compensation structures and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience working in multi-country environments.
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering.
