What you will do

• Serve as the primary engineering focal point throughout the spacecraft development lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure mission objectives are met within cost and schedule constraints.
• Manage and trace mission requirements across all spacecraft subsystems.
• Lead mission architecture development, Concept of Operations (ConOps), and operational scenarios.
• Chair cross-functional technical discussions and resolve multidisciplinary conflicts.
• Monitor mission performance, technical margins, and risk mitigation planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading the design, development, or operation of spacecraft subsystems.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical activities beyond a single subsystem.
• Strong understanding of the complete spacecraft development lifecycle.
• Experience participating in major engineering design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in Mission Engineering or Technical Program Leadership.
• Familiarity with ECSS, NASA, ISO 15288, or INCOSE systems engineering practices.
• Experience with MBSE methodologies and digital engineering tools.
• Experience with lunar, planetary, or deep-space exploration missions.
• Experience working with international development teams and commercial suppliers.
