What you will do

• Architect and develop machine learning prediction models utilizing AWS services.
• Collaborate with domain experts and product managers to map business problems to ML solutions.
• Act as the principal point-of-contact for ML projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members.
• Drive feature design and implementation for cross-team initiatives.
• Implement and maintain production-quality code based on data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in software development and building commercial ML applications.
• Proficiency in OOP languages like Java or Python and ML/AI frameworks.
• Extensive experience across the full ML lifecycle from scoping and data preparation to model optimization.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Arlington, VA.
