What you will do

• Manage end-to-end internal communications, including policies, channel governance, and content creation for all-hands, intranets, and newsletters.
• Partner with the leadership team and Office of the CEO on executive communications to maintain consistency with corporate mission and values.
• Apply a change management lens to anticipate audience response and ensure clarity during organizational shifts or crises.
• Integrate AI into communication processes and apply agile principles for iterative planning and sprint-based content calendars.
• Collaborate with external communications leads from Marketing, PR, and Sales to align internal and external messaging.
• Develop a unified annual operational plan and define metrics to connect employee engagement with communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of internal/corporate communications experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments using iterative planning models like agile sprints and backlogs.
• Expertise in writing for diverse audiences and executing cross-functional communication strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using frontier AI models (e.g., Claude) to improve performance and cycle times.
• Bachelor's degree required.
