What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of global communications strategy, including media relations and corporate reputation management.
• Own enterprise content strategy across corporate websites, blogs, and social platforms to drive brand storytelling.
• Develop strategic communications for senior leadership, including keynotes, op-eds, and thought leadership articles.
• Manage PR agency partnerships and external communications partners to ensure message consistency.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI and emerging technologies into brand and communications programs.
• Lead crisis and reputation management planning to ensure coordinated response across the organization.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must successfully obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.
• Proven experience evolving brand positioning and corporate narratives in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
• Strong media relations expertise with established relationships in technology and industry trade media.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and executive communication skills.
