What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement revenue-driving initiatives and strategic recommendations.
• Own and identify innovative strategies to maximize revenue across the entire revenue waterfall.
• Improve quantitative analysis techniques, including simulation models, A/B testing, and causal impact analysis.
• Refine and improve data pipelines, defining data structures and tracking methodologies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in analytical thinking and excellence.
• Experiment with and embed AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) into the Revenue Analytics workflow.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting focusing on business problem decomposition.
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github.
• Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Must be located within the continental United States.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for sharing insights with diverse audiences.
