What you will do

• Provide L3 production support for enterprise Java applications, resolving complex incidents and application defects.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Develop bug fixes, patches, and enhancements while ensuring high code quality.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to solve cross-functional production issues.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and automation to increase operational efficiency and system resiliency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience developing and supporting enterprise Java applications.
• Expert knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and high-availability architectures.
• Strong debugging skills using profilers, monitoring tools, and JVM diagnostics.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architectures, and Git.
