What you will do

• Define and implement end-to-end data architecture using Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Design scalable lakehouse and warehouse patterns for data ingestion, transformation, and serving.
• Develop robust batch and near real-time data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Architect medallion-style models and curated data layers for advanced analytics.
• Optimize costs and performance across Snowflake warehouses and Databricks compute.
• Mentor team members and enforce engineering and architecture best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Alpharetta, GA.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and data architecture.
• Deep expertise in the Azure ecosystem (ADLS, ADF, Azure SQL/Synapse, Key Vault).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (schema design, performance tuning, RBAC).
• Proven experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Workflows, Unity Catalog).
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark for large-scale transformations.
