What you will do

• Own and prioritize the CCS product backlog, writing clear user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Translate roadmap initiatives, such as Forms solutions and Referral Management platforms, into actionable epics and features.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX design to resolve ambiguity and ensure release readiness.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate drafting documentation and synthesizing customer feedback.
• Track sprint metrics (velocity, throughput) and report risks to ensure predictable delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on a software product team.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology (Care Coordination, HIM, EHR/EMR, or clinical workflows).
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong analytical skills to break complex problems into well-scoped, testable stories.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and documentation discipline.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in daily product operations.
• CSPO or SAFe POPM certification.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
• Experience taking new products from concept through launch (0-to-1).
