What you will do

• Build and lead the global KOL strategy and manage a regional business development team.
• Scale processes for sourcing, contracting, and managing hundreds of KOLs using technology and agency relationships.
• Ensure global compliance with financial influencer laws, including content monitoring and appropriate disclaimers.
• Develop scalable messaging and positioning to highlight hirify.global Pro’s differentiators to partners.
• Identify and implement local-first growth ideas with KOL partners to drive strong CTAs.
• Measure results of KOL partnerships and adjust deal structures to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the crypto space, specifically building out KOL programs.
• Significant experience working with crypto KOLs, especially traders.
• Proven track record of growing new users in highly competitive and regulated environments.
• An existing, strong network of crypto and adjacent industry influencers.
• Advanced knowledge of crypto products, revenue models, and regional market players.
• Must be based in one of the following countries: UK, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Ireland, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, or UAE.

• Experience with software used to manage the full lifecycle of KOL deals at scale.
• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics to measure partnership success.
• Ability to leverage different KOL segments to promote a wide suite of products.
